Product Returns.

Return Conditions.

• You can return products within 14 days of receiving them.
• The returned product must be in its original and undamaged packaging;
• The product must not be damaged by the Buyer;
• The product must retain its commercial appearance (if it had a seal provided by the Assay Office, it must be intact, labels must not be damaged, protective films must not be removed, the surface must not be scratched, components or other elements must not be altered, etc.).

This clause does not apply when returning a defective product.
Changes to the appearance of the product or its packaging necessary for inspection cannot be considered significant changes to the product’s appearance;

Transport costs for the returned product are non-refundable. Product exchange and return.
If the product was unsuitable or unsatisfactory, you can return/exchange it within 14 calendar days in the following ways:
