General Provisions
These goods purchase-sale rules (hereinafter “Rules”), once confirmed by the Buyer, are a legally binding document for the parties, establishing the rights and obligations of the Buyer and Seller, conditions for acquiring and paying for goods, delivery and return procedures, liability of the parties, and other provisions related to the purchase-sale of goods on the www.deidaiofficial.lt online store.
- The Seller reserves the right to change, amend, or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements set by legal acts.
- In all cases, it is considered that the buyer is familiar with the rules and agrees to them when placing an order.
- All competent natural persons (persons who have reached adulthood and whose capacity is not restricted by court order); minors aged fourteen to eighteen, only with parental or guardian consent, except in cases where they independently manage their income; legal entities; authorized representatives of all the above-mentioned persons have the right to purchase in the online store.
Moment of Purchase-Sale Contract Formation
- The purchase-sale contract between the Buyer and Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer places an order in the online store and pays for it.
- The Seller reserves the right to cancel submitted orders if the Buyer does not pay for the ordered goods within 3 hours from the Seller’s confirmation of order receipt.
HOW TO BUY
To purchase, select the desired item, quantity, and click “Buy.” To continue shopping, click “Continue Shopping.” To pay for the order, click “Pay.” You can fill the cart with various items—all items placed in the cart will be saved until the order is formed.
The order is formed in four simple steps:
2.1. Form a basket of desired items;
2.2. Indicate the delivery method in the basket;
2.3. Enter contact details necessary to fulfill the order. Only information necessary for goods delivery will be required. Personal information will not be used for any other purposes, only for order fulfillment.
2.3.1. If purchasing on behalf of a company, check the box “Company Purchase “and fill in the company’s details;
2.4. Choose the payment method and click “Pay”.”
After order confirmation, an order confirmation email will arrive in your inbox, showing all order details.
Depending on the chosen delivery and payment method, you will make the payment, and we will fulfill your order.
Goods Delivery:
- Goods delivery is carried out through third parties (parcel terminals or mail).
- When choosing the goods delivery service at the time of order, the Buyer undertakes to specify the exact place of delivery of the goods.
- Order dispatch is carried out within up to 5 days.
- DELIVERY IN LITHUANIA, carried out through Omniva parcel terminals, delivery cost 5 euros.
- INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY. Goods are sent via Lithuanian Post registered priority mail.
- In cases where goods are returned due to an incorrect address, an additional fee will be charged for resending the package.
- The order recipient is responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes applicable in their country.
- The Buyer undertakes to specify the exact delivery location and contact details for the goods.
- The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the package is received in damaged packaging, if unordered goods are received, or if the quantity is incorrect, or if the product set is incomplete.
- The Buyer must submit photos of the damaged package and/or goods to the Seller via email.
Payment Methods:
Online payment – through the montonio.lt system, you will be redirected to your online banking, payment immediately, or using a credit or debit card via stripe.com;
